Fullstack Engineer with AI / RAG Experience (Remote)

• Develop and maintain fullstack features for an existing production platform
• Support frontend and backend development across the system
• Work with AI / LLM-based workflows, including RAG, embeddings and vector search
• Help evaluate and improve AI-supported development processes
• Review AI-generated code and ensure code quality, testing and system stability
• Work independently on complex technical tasks
• Improve existing systems, APIs, integrations and internal tools
• Collaborate closely with the existing technical team

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong fullstack engineering background
• Good understanding of frontend and backend development
• Experience with production systems, APIs and databases
• Experience or strong practical interest in AI / LLM-based development
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases or similar AI workflows
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks
• Good English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SFT, LoRA / QLoRA or fine-tuning workflows
• Experience with Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Java/Spring or similar technologies
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS or similar infrastructure
• Experience with testing, monitoring and security-aware development
• Experience using AI coding tools in a professional development workflow

• Salary: 4,500–6,500 € / month depending on experience
